No. It is subject to availability, suitability, and the scope of the plan. The goal is to make reasonable continuity options available when a failure would otherwise interrupt operations.
No. PMG starts with the system you already own. Replacement or upgrades are recommended only when the existing equipment cannot reliably meet the venue's needs.
Plans cover the support described above. Replacement parts, outside repair costs, major installation work, and equipment purchases are separate unless specifically included in a custom agreement.
Yes. Existing venue clients can use PMG for live production, supplemental systems, outdoor events, block parties, special performances, and other events beyond the normal house setup.
